Full names must be listed as they appear on your government issued identification and passport for travelers.

A passport is REQUIRED for international travel.

Passport must be valid 6 months after the return date for any international travel.



A passport is preferred (not required) for cruises departing and returning to a US port of call. However, a certified birth certificate AND government issued identification can be used instead.

A deposit (per person) is required to guarantee the rates that have been discussed. If your trip total is less than the deposit amount, the trip balance must be paid in full. If your trip is within 45 days of departure, the trip balance must be paid in full.

Pre Departure Insurance 

For your protection, Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request. Travel insurance provides protection for, Baggage Delays/Loss, Trip Delay or Cancellation, and other coverage.

You MUST decline recommended travel insurance on the insurance waiver form before final Travel Documents (tickets, vouchers, etc.) are sent to you prior.

Cancellations

In case of cancellation of nonrefundable airline tickets or other arrangements, you are responsible to pay all applicable penalties according to the travel supplier’s rules.
